The service
Praxis Quran Maps ("the app") is provided by Paracode ("we"). It is a personal study canvas for thinking with the Quran. It presents the Quran text (Uthmani, Hafs) for reflection and carries your own notes; it is not a work of tafsir, does not issue rulings and is not affiliated with any religious authority.
Trial and Pro
Every new user gets the full app free for 14 days. When the trial ends your maps remain stored, readable and exportable; creating and editing then requires Pro, a subscription billed monthly or yearly. The current prices are shown in the app and on this site. We may change them for new subscriptions at any time; a change applies to an existing subscription only from a renewal, and only after we have told you by email at least 14 days before that renewal. Pro is tied to the account you sign in with and covers that person on any number of their own devices.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which charges you, issues the invoice and handles VAT or sales tax where it applies. Your card details go to Paddle only.
Renewal and cancelling. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, from the plan card in the app, or by emailing hello@paracode.ai. Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. After that your maps remain stored, readable and exportable.
14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment, for any reason, by replying to your Paddle receipt or emailing hello@paracode.ai. Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
After 14 days, a payment is refunded when the app has stopped working and we have not restored it within 30 days of your report, or when we discontinue the product (see section 7).
Your account
You sign in with a Google account or an email address and password. Keep it secure; you are responsible for activity under it. One purchase covers one person on any number of their own devices.
Your data
Your maps, notes, excerpts, images and tags are yours. We only process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export everything as a single file at any time from the app, with or without an account, during and after the trial.
Acceptable use
Do not try to circumvent the trial or purchase checks, resell the app, or use it to store content you have no right to keep. Book excerpts and screenshots you add are for your own study.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the product, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app and refund, on request, any Pro purchase made in the 90 days before that notice. Your maps stay in your browser and can be exported at any time.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
